EULA

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Studio Grafiki Komputerowej Mariusz Kasza (“Licensor”) for the DTF Transfer Studio software application (“Software”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The license is granted for a single user to install and use the Software on one (1) computer at a time.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Licensor.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor.

4. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

5. No Refunds

As outlined in our Terms of Service, we offer a 7-day free trial for you to evaluate the Software. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for any purchased licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law

This EULA and your use of the Software are governed by the laws of **Poland**, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
